Corporate / CSR
Partner onboarding for theme ownership
CSR needs more than a contact form. We take you through inquiry, a diligence pack, co-designed proposal, MoU, and 90-day onboarding through first delivery—so legal, finance, and ESG have what they need.
Why this path
Built for how companies actually buy impact
Best-practice corporate–NGO partnerships run diligence before funds, co-design the project, sign a clear MoU, then treat the first ~90 days as onboarding—not a one-off transfer. We follow that arc for Kenya theme ownership.
- Accurate inputs so your CSR / legal / finance can engage
- Honest diligence pack (including what we are still publishing)
- Written proposal before payment
- Safeguarding-first if employees volunteer
Individuals owning a smaller theme ticket should use Donate instead.
Preferred bundle
- Preferred start: Champions Club term + Pathways at one host node.
- Yard Day works best once a club term is already funded and running.
- Hosts open a node via Partners; CSR owns themes via /csr; individuals via /donate.
Journey
Eight stages — inquiry to first review
- 01
Explore
Browse Themes and programmes. Shortlist causes that match your CSR / ESG priorities.
- 02
CSR inquiry
Structured form: company, contact, priorities, budget band, geography, volunteering, reporting cadence, decision timeline.
- 03
Diligence pack
We send what CSR teams need to brief legal and finance—plus honest gaps (e.g. registration still publishing). Target: 3 business days.
- 04
Discovery call
Align priorities, node geography, employee involvement, risk, and brand constraints on faith hosts.
- 05
Theme proposal
Written scope: theme(s), proposed host node, budget, KPIs, timeline, involvement plan, reporting.
- 06
Diligence Q&A
Your legal/finance questions answered; optional yard or host visit before commitment.
- 07
MoU
Restricted funds, milestones, safeguarding, branding, reporting, exit clause, named contacts.
- 08
90-day onboarding
Kickoff → first delivery → first report → formal review. Onboarding is not done at signature.

CSR inquiry
Start corporate onboarding
Four short steps—not a payment form. We use this to send a diligence pack and draft a proposal. Mid-size funds come only after MoU.
