Programs

Programs built for youth, hosts, and sponsors

Four pillars. Clear outcomes. Pathways from day one—so young people leave with belonging and a next step.

01 — Drug-free

Drug-free environment

We build 12-week Drug-Free Champions Clubs—peer-led, faith- and community-hosted, not a one-day photo op.

  • Champions Clubs in yards, halls, and neighbourhoods
  • Peer education that reduces stigma and secrecy
  • Yard Day showcases that fund ongoing club terms

02 — Pathways

Pathways & purpose

From day one, youth explore career and skills pathways with a written next-step plan—no report-card gate. Tawi is the tech expression when ready.

  • Pathway sessions alongside every Champions Club
  • Career hooks tied to sport, conservation, mentoring, and trades
  • Individuals and CSR teams can mentor a path, not only donate

03 — Empower

Skills & sport

Training, sports, and creative outlets that give belonging and alternatives to substance use after the bell.

  • Life skills and vocational practice
  • Sports and arts as protective factors
  • Mentorship that lasts beyond a single workshop

04 — Sustain

Environmental conservation

We protect the places the next generation will inherit—tree planting and stewardship that mirror care for people.

  • Tree planting with youth stewardship
  • Clean-up and conservation days
  • Nursery enterprise pathways into agribusiness
