Hands in the soil

Tree-planting and clean-up days give youth a public win—care for land that mirrors care for one another.

Stewardship of place becomes practice for belonging.

Environmental conservation is not a side project for us. When young people plant and protect trees, they rehearse stewardship: patience, teamwork, and pride in a shared place.

Our planting days pair practical work with conversation—why substances steal futures, and how community roots hold people steady. Seedlings are only the visible part. The deeper work is belonging that lasts after the photos.
